GoogleEddie Ismail is one of the best in the business. This was the first time I have attempted to let property in the UK, he explained the process, steps and things to watch for from the outset. Eddies communicating skills are outstanding. He showed genuine interest and motivation in the finding the property that was right for us. The whole process of letting a property went seamlessly well with Eddie keeping open, honest and regular communication through out. If you are looking for a real estate agent to to assist you in finding your next rental, Eddie comes highly recommended.

GoogleWhen I was searching a new place to live I went at some Estates Agents, and no one sort out. At Foxtons I meet Syrah on Saturday on 23 of November And she at the same time ask what I was looking for.2 bedrooms flat, and she straight show a flat and I make an offer. My offer was accepted and on 02 of December I moved from a old Flat to a New House. Many thanks Syrah Foxtons Balham.

GoogleI had a very very good experience with Foxton's Balham and Misbah was who I dealt with. She went above and beyond to find us the perfect rental property in a very short amount of time due to time contraints on moving. Misbah was knowledgable on London on a whole and good places to look at living as a young professional. I could not recommend Misbah, and Foxtons enough and will be using them again when the time arises to find another place to rent.
Agent replied
Thank you for the review, we are pleased to know that Misbah has delivered such excellent service, and has gone above and beyond to find you a suitable property within such a tight deadline. We look forward to working with you again in future.
