GoogleHaving worked with two estate agents previously I was extremely frustrated with trying to market my property, that was until I was contacted by Foxtons. From start to finish the process was made simple and hassle free for me. I Met Andrew Bryant who delivered on his promise to have my property listed within a few days, the description and photos were excellent - my confidence was restored. From then on, the team at the Balham office kept me updated on all the viewings along with a weekly call from Andrew, Foxtons also have a very helpful online tool which allows you to see viewings 7 days in advance. George Johnson became my main point of contact, his knowledge of the area and specifically the development was excellent. Once my property was sold, the service continued with regular chasing of the solicitors……..so I didn’t need to! George was an absolute pleasure to work with and made what could have been a very stressful time easy! Thank you!PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleI contacted Foxtons to find tenants for my flat, and was first met by Sophie who valued and managed the letting start to finish. Very quickly we had loads of viewings booked, many before the property was even online. Viewing agents were friendly and courteous, emphatic to our needs, as we lived there and worked from home, did their best to work around our schedules and keeping in contact with me so we knew when to expect them. Tenants were secured in about 2 weeks and agreements drawn up in a matter of days. All in all, very happy with the experience. Everyone, from propoerty manager to viewing agents to photographer were great. All professional, friendly and ready with advice. The team guided me through the process start to finish with minimal stress. I was promised the price tag would be worth it and given my experience with them, I can't disagree!PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleAdam was really great in looking for properties for me. I was harassed a lot by pushy estate agents constantly calling me and emailing but he never made me feel under pressure to put in offers and that made me feel more inclined to go with somewhere he'd found me. He was friendly, helpful and listened to what I wanted and did his best to meet my needs. I would definitely contact him again in the future if I look for somewhere else to live.

GoogleEddie was great. Was very knowledgeable of the areas within our search, and was efficient and professional in his approach. We were particularly fussy and precise about what we were looking for, but Eddie found numerous properties that would suit us. We were also working on a relatively short time line, and he had us moved in and settled within 2 weeks! Really happy with the relationship with Eddie, who is also a very relatable and genuine guy. We're absolutely over the moon with the property, and it is a pleasure working with such fantastic agents and landlords! GoogleOur property has been let out and fully managed through Foxtons Balham for 16 years, notably with limited periods of non-occupancy between lets and no issues with rental payments. Most recently (3-4 months) we have been grateful for and very impressed by the excellent level of service provided by Sophie Lowe, Lettings Manager of Balham branch. So responsive and going that extra mile to provide assistance, Sophie has far and away provided us with the best support from Foxtons (as well as other service providers outside of Foxtons) during our considerable time as landlords, while we have not always found the property management side to be as service-led. That's why Sophie is a main factor in this 5 star review - thank you, Sophie!

GoogleFoxtons Balham are so poor. Gabriella Williams is completely and utterly useless. Despite collecting over 3k in rent a month for the house they can’t even arrange for basic household appliances to be fixed or to resolve major issues. Would avoid if you can.

GoogleWe worked with George from the Balham office for SW16 to find a flat and he was really kind, helpful, and not pushy at all. He offered lots of local tips and advice, which was really helpful to us as newcomers to the SW16 area. He even helped arranged very quickly a temporary lease to serve as a bridge in our housing arrangements - most diligent agent ever! Would highly recommend anyone to work with him.

GoogleI can honestly say that Foxton's Akua Oteng was the best part of my whole buying process. As a first time buyer navigating my way through a bit of a messy (and long!) purchase, she patiently navigated it all with me and we completed on the day that my mortgage offer was due to expire, while I was in Thailand for work. Talk about dramatic! Having been put off by other estate agents' full on sales approach, I found Akua to be a genuine person who could empathise with the difficulties of the situation person to person, rather than just agent - buyer. Couldn't recommend her highly enough. Thank you!
