GoogleLilah from Foxtons was truly amazing, our group outlined everything we needed in a property and she organised a time for us to go and see multiple properties at once that fit our wants and needs. Being from Australia Lilah walked us through everything we needed and made herself more than available when we had any questions. Couldn’t recommend enough!

GoogleAmazing experience and great staff! My partner and I were looking for a new flat to move into and with the current rental market, this wasn't a very relaxing or enjoyable process. We contacted Foxtons Balham and let them know our budget and the type of property we were looking for and they showed us 3 great properties that suited our needs. Compared to other lettings agents in the area, they weren't trying to scare us with the current market landscape or tell us that we couldn't afford what we were looking for. Adam was great in setting up and showing us the properties, answering all of our questions (there were a lot!), reassuring us that we would be able to find the right flat for us, and taking us through the process of putting an offer down and beyond. Really great team and many thanks for helping us find our new flat!

GoogleI have recently sold my property in Clapham with Foxtons Balham. I was very impressed with the service provided by Tom Coleman he went above and beyond to ensure we got a sale at a good price. He worked tirelessly to ensure we had maximum amount of viewings in a very short period of time. He was polite respectful and professional offering sound advice on every aspect of selling a property. His help did not end with the sale of my property he continued to stay in contact and keep me informed of progress.Our sale and onward purchase with a different agent was not without its problem but Tom made a stressful experience seem so much better he has a good way of realistically managing his clients expectations I would highly recommend Tom Coleman to anyone in the area who had a property to sell.

GoogleWe recently purchased a flat in Battersea and were lucky enough to have met Tom Coleman during our viewings. Tom quickly got to understand our requirements. Previously we have viewed many flats, but Tom quickly identified an excellent shortlist to our requirements. He is extremely knowledgeable on the area and has an excellent professional & friendly manner that set us at ease and gave us the trust we needed that was missing from others we had met in the industry. GoogleCan’t even begin to thank Amelia enough throughout the process of renting our first house in London. As soon as I had placed an enquiry into a property, I was contacted by Amelia, and we had arranged viewings for the next day! As everyone knows the housing market at the moment is SO competitive, therefore we were a little apprehensive about actually finding a place but together we went through our preferences etc, and we were able to find one that we loved! However, it was on the market for slightly more than we had anticipated to pay, and there were a few things that we wanted including, therefore we weren’t even going to put an offer in. After speaking to Amelia, who had convinced us that there is no harm in putting any offer in, our offer was (to our amazement) accepted!!! Throughout the whole process Amelia has been so so lovely and helpful, giving amazing advice and making sure we were all happy the entire time; it was such a personable experience and ultimately led to us having a super smooth process and living in an amazing flat for our year in London!! On behalf of myself and my flatmates, I can be assured that we will come back to Amelia and Foxtons if we ever need anything again in the near future! We are so grateful, thank you !!!

GoogleTom Pedrotti provided an unparalleled service when assisting us in our purchase of a flat in Balham. We were first time buyers with a complicated case (short deadline to complete and our purchase included a lease extension). I’m a self-confessed control freak and was very uncomfortable being unaware of the minutia of the property purchase process, but Tom metaphorically held our hands throughout. When we had difficulties with our solicitors, and the inevitable obstacles that can often occur in this process arose, Tom was there to reassure and guide, even at one point when I was in tears - I don’t think we would have completed on the purchase without his involvement. He is a lovely person and an absolute professional, he should be proud of the service he provides. I would 100% recommend Foxtons Balham because of my experience with Tom - thank you.
