Worst agency ever. They made me pay huge commissions and they didn’t even check the apartment before my move-in. At the first issue, they shared photos of the apartment which were weeks older than my move-in date. Moreover, we had a problem with a mouse entered in the flat and didn’t care at all. AVOID THIS OUTRAGEOUS AGENCY

I have just rented a great property in a perfect location through Foxtons Crouch End. I had previously rented through Foxtons and knew they were efficient and good at what they do. However on this occasion I do feel my agent Elettra Bailey went above and beyond to help me. I desperately needed a property at short notice after almost 3 months of searching, making offers and being rejected. I was close to giving up. Elettra called me about my application very quickly and organised a viewing for me very quickly. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the property, answered my questions promptly and assisted me throughout the entire process. She was really understanding and kind about my situation too. The online rental process via My Foxtons is very straightforward even for a sleep deprived night shift worker and felt much safer than places like Open Rent (but that is a different review). 10/10 recommend. Elettra you were brilliant and I can't thank you enough!

Working with Steven Patten was a pleasure. He has been very helpful to find my parents -who don’t speak English very well- and our dog a pet friendly flat that falls in our budget. He is very approachable and professional. Until we found the flat that meets all our criteria, he was kind enough to drive my mother to every viewing himself and drop her back off. During this time, because I was not in the country, he made sure to FaceTime me to show me the properties and was patient enough to communicate with my mom through my translations. I highly recommend this agent to everyone.

Julide Kul was extremely helpful in our flat search! We had been looking for a while and thanks to her found a property that was perfect. She helped us find an amazing flat that was pet-friendly and had parking in our budget. She even sent us a video of the property when we couldn't attend the viewing. Amazing experience from the first call till the final signature. Shona is a great person to work with. She is very kind, responsive, communicative, smart and respectful. She listens to your needs and priorities and comes up with alternatives that make sense along with explanations and advice, and obviously this helps a lot to build confidence in the person one is working with. Furthermore, even when I could not get back to her quickly because of my work schedule, she was very accommodative and gave me the time I needed without any complaints or a decrease in the quality of her work. Mirvana was fantastic! We were looking for a short term rental in Highgate/Hampstead and found the perfect place for our family. Mirvana made the process very simple and smooth -- she even did a video tour of the property for us which made our decision much easier. Mirvana was very responsive over email and WhatsApp (we are based in the US). The Foxtons portal is also easy to use. All in all, I would highly recommend Foxtons (and especially Mirvana).

Update: A 3rd interaction and 2nd offer on another property wasn’t responded to. I will be reporting them to the property ombudsman. Also being asked to delete this review three times in a conversation with the new, blathering branch manager, who admitted that the first review was in fact factual, is shocking. The new manager, who has the sales acumen of a hamster, called to inform me that this incompetent girl was unable to do her job properly because she was overworked. It is very clear that Foxtons should have issued a statement on their website informing both buyers and vendors that they would not be able to operate properly within this time between August 2024 and December 2024. If you are a buyer you would not have been able to offer or purchase. Vendors - it appears, in my experience and opinion, that Foxtons neglect to pass offers on or negotiate on your behalf. The embarrassment of another estate agent’s response when I told them I was dealing with Foxtons, was more proof of their poor reputation. Now dealing with an infinitely more competent estate agent, who negotiated well for their vendor, and am happy to say I have come to the end of the ordeal of having to suffer clowns like Foxtons. PREVIOUSLY: Unfortunately the two interactions with Crouch End Foxtons and the same hapless girl have been very disappointing, with either no follow-up after viewing or a follow-up after a month! An offer also wasn't followed up and negotiated. One star for showing us around, but if I could subtract stars they would get *MINUS 4 STARS* AVOID

Had such an amazing experience with this Foxton branch! Jethro really went out of his way to be there for support and quickly answered any questions we had. He truly bent over backwards to make as much time for us as we needed and everyone working in the branch was so very welcoming and treated us with so much respect and kindness whenever we visited the office. London renting can be awful and they made it so great and worry free. We love our flat so much and would recommend 100%
