Having had my property on for nearly a year with another agent I decided to to with Foxtons. Hex, Tom and Sophie managed to get 2 offers from 3 viewings. They were all fantastic. Hex was my main contact and she was incredible. She did everything in her power to help make the sale go through. Even working during her annual leave. Despite finalising with another estate agent, Michael Sikora and his colleagues in the lettings team at Foxtons Crouch End went above and beyond when trying to match us with a property in North London. Michael was very attentive and listened carefully to what we were looking for, which led to us putting in offers on two different properties. Excellent service provided by Foxtons earlier this year when my tenants decided to leave at the height of the lockdown and I was expecting to have a vacant property for while given the difficult situation. Primary contact was Amie Roberts who was totally 'on the ball' and helped extend the tenancy by a couple of months then found a new tenant immediately after. Amie is super responsive, professional, helpful and a pleasure to deal with.

Worst agency ever. They made me pay huge commissions and they didn’t even check the apartment before my move-in. At the first issue, they shared photos of the apartment which were weeks older than my move-in date. Moreover, we had a problem with a mouse entered in the flat and didn’t care at all.
