I honestly had such a great experience with this agency, and a huge part of that was because of Athman. From the beginning, Athman was absolutely amazing. He was always helpful, easy to communicate with, and genuinely seemed to care about helping me find the right place rather than just trying to get everything done as quickly as possible. He made the whole experience so much easier and less stressful and was always there whenever I had questions or needed help with something. What I appreciated most was the amount of effort he put in throughout the entire process. I never felt like I was just another client, and he really went out of his way to make sure I was happy with everything. Finding a new place can be pretty stressful, but Athman genuinely made it a really positive experience, and I couldn't have asked for better service. I also really want to mention Lyla, who was a massive help towards the end of the process. She helped me get everything sorted and finalized once I had found my new place and made those last steps so much smoother. Really grateful to both Athman and Lyla for all their help. I’m genuinely so happy with my new place and with how everything worked out. Would definitely recommend them!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Selling a flat is apparently not for the faint-hearted… but thankfully I had Foxtons Crouch End on my side! 😂 Mercedes valued my flat at the beginning of February and, within days, it was on the market. I loved the Foxtons client portal, I could see all the viewings and actually know what was going on (always a bonus when selling a property!). Around three months later, we got an offer and accepted it. Then came the fun bit: surveys, solicitors, chasing people, waiting, more chasing… and questioning all our life choices. 😂 Luckily, Shona and Mercedes were fantastic throughout. They kept everyone moving, followed up with the buyer and solicitors, and kept me updated all the way to exchange and completion. Was it stressful? Absolutely. Did I feel supported? 100%. A huge thank you to Mercedes and Shona for their professionalism, patience and persistence. I’d definitely recommend Foxtons Crouch End. Five stars, and possibly a medal for surviving the sale! 🏡🥂😂

I have had the pleasure of having Sanaa Dhanji manage my property through Foxtons London, and I cannot recommend her highly enough. Sanaa is incredibly approachable and easy to communicate with at all times. Since she has been looking after my property, I have never encountered any issues with tenants or the letting process, everything has run smoothly, efficiently and professionally from start to finish. If you are looking for an estate agent you can trust to take great care of your property, I would strongly recommend Sanaa and her services.

Excellent work from Foxtons, in particular Mercedes and Shona, in helping with the sale of my property. It wasn't a simple sale, with simulatenous freehold purchase, and a disappointing bank valuation to adjust to, but Foxtons got it done regardless and were always there to help me through the process. Thank you!

We were taken around numerous properties and were given a really enjoyable and personable experience thanks to Athman. We enjoyed our day thoroughly and he adapted his route so we could view houses he felt were more suited to what we wanted as he got to know us. Highly recommended

I had a great experience with Foxtons Crouch End when looking for my first property with my partner. Mercedes Cole advised me on available properties that fit our requirements, and took the time to understand our search. She was prompt in her replies, and I feel she has a very good understanding of what we are looking for. I look forward to continue working with her on our search and would recommend her services to other perspective buyers.

My partner and I had a great experience working with Mercedes, Mario and Shona to sell our flat and buy a new property in the area. Their communication was brilliant and we had multiple competitive offers in a very short space of time, and an offer accepted on the property we wanted. Highly recommend this team. They made what can be a stressful process as seamless as possible.
