My house mate and I had the pleasure of working with Hamad during what was initially a very stressful time for us. After a big disappointment with a property, we were really upset and had mistakenly thought the situation was due to him. However, we soon realised there was nothing he could have done, and from that point on, Hamad went above and beyond to help us. He genuinely took an interest in our situation and made it his priority to find us a home that worked for our needs and limited budget. Hamad was honest, proactive, and incredibly kind throughout, showing us every suitable property, encouraging us to make offers we could afford, and always trying to help make things work. What really stood out was his dedication, even taking time out of his own evening to show us a new property that had only just come on the market after office hours. You could tell he genuinely cared about helping us, not just about making a sale. Although we eventually found a property through a different agent, Hamad still checked in, wished us well, and showed true professionalism and kindness right until the end. We’re very grateful for all his efforts and would happily recommend him to anyone looking for a letting agent who really goes the extra mile Hamad, thank you so much for your time and care. Had the worst experience with Foxtons Crouch End. We will absolutely avoid every property managed by Foxtons in our continued search for a place to live. We had an offer accepted and they have this ridiculous policy that the entire deposit and all paperwork needs to be returned within 3 hrs of offer acceptance. I rushed to the flat for a viewing as we put down an offer based purely on images and videos, and the agent couldn’t even meet me there as for some reasons agents aren’t allowed to leave the office before 12pm without consent from their manager, even though their job (as I imagine it) is to sell flats. What kind of horrific work environment must it be? Eventually the agent came and continued to insist upon the 3 hr release policy, despite it being 9:30am on a working weekday and neither I nor my partner had the time time read through the contract, get any questions answered, and gather together our deposit. I also spoke to a pushy, unkind, and rude negotiations manager once we put our offer in. Absolutely no tact. We sacrificed our offer and lost the flat the next day, because after the 3 hours they show the landlord further offers. Absolutely ridiculous way of doing business. Perhaps it was a blessing in disguise because at least now we don’t have to live in a flat managed by them. We will actively avoid Foxtons at all costs on our continued search.
