GoogleFrom the initial valuation to the eventual completion of the chain, the staff that I dealt with from the Crouch End office were fantastic. Vikki Broad, the manager, was always there to give us the right advice and would go through all the feedback from the multiple viewings. She clearly runs a tight ship that expects results! Kate Blenheim who managed to secure the buyer was constantly updating us with progress reports through the transaction so we could be transparent with our onward purchase. From decision made on buying a house in a different area, the whole process took 7 weeks. Not bad considering Vikki and her team did all this from the end of November..! Plus they achieved the asking price which was the only figure that could secure our onward house! I'm writing this a happy man on the first morning in our new house.. But most importantly I have a very, very happy wife! Thank you Vikki, Kate and the rest of the Foxtons Crouch End team! Best, Amir

GoogleHexin He and in particular Chloe Brito are very professional, organized and helpful, they have a very strong expertise and a deep knowledge of the market. Their contribution was very significant as I received regular follow-ups and was helped with completing checks and documentation. GoogleMirvana has been amazing throughout - from when we first met at the house viewing till we secured the keys to the property! She’s super responsive and was always happy to help. I haven’t had the best experience with other Foxton agents but she turned that around for me and would definitely recommend.

GoogleHad a ‘no strings attached’ valuation of my property (purchased through Foxton’s 14 years ago). Hussain was punctual, professional, very friendly and reassuring. I also received written confirmation of what was discussed including an explanation of fees if and when I should decide to go ahead and put the property on the market.

GoogleHexin & Tom were really proactive getting viewings during challenging times arranged for the sale of my property with as little disruption to my tenants as possible. Even though the sale wasn’t straight forward, they kept me informed, reassured & tried to take the pressure off me as much as possible. Lovely, professional team! Thank you for all your help!

GoogleFoxton Crouch End - Cristopher Ruffo We moved into our property about 2 month ago and just wanted to say how easy was the whole process with Foxtons, especially with Cristopher support. He was always very friendly, always had time for us and time for our questions. Between the first meeting and the handover was literally 2 weeks , what I think very short period of time. An other big advantage with Foxtons is their online system where you are able to follow up every single step of your process! Foxtons, Big highfive to the team for the support and again if Crouch End Foxtons just ask Cristopher and you can be sure you are in a good hand! Maria & Gabor
