GoogleExcellent agent. Great communication, reaction times and level of service. Strongly recommend Mirvana. She's great at what she does: competent, committed and caring. And a joy to talk too - important when you're in the car driving from one viewing to another.

GoogleMirvana has been an absolute pleasure to deal with, helping my cousin and I to find and secure our ideal rental property with good humour and a personal touch throughout. I'd always been wary of Foxtons in the past but wouldn't hesitate to use them - and Mirvana especially - again!

GoogleI'm moving from Dublin to London for work. As you can imagine, it is extremely stressful managing work, sorting property, visa etc. However, Foxtons, specifically Elettra Bailey has helped me immensely. I cannot recommend her enough. She has gone above and beyond to help me secure a place in London. I cannot express how quickly the job was done. In 5 or so days she managed to verify my references, sign contracts, organise viewings, etc. It was a pleasure having Elettra manage my application. Thank you!

GoogleFor what is typically a very painful experience of looking for a new place to rent in London, I’ve had the pleasure of having Elettra Bailey from Foxtons Crounch End help us to find a new property. Elettra has proved to be dedicated, fastidious and responsive on our hunt for a new home. Her ability to truly understand our requirements, and her support in making offers, has proved to be a god send. Elettra’s attention to detail, and proactive approach and lovely demeanour will see her go far.

GoogleI have experienced a very aggressive approach from the Foxtons accounts team, ignoring my emails, issuing invoices for commission which is not yet due and threatening legal action. They have also been threatening my tenant. This was a complete surprise to me given the good service at the start of the letting process.NegativeProfessionalism, Value

GoogleHad an excellent experience with this office and appreciated all the support we received from Mirvana. She took the time to understand our needs and showed us a number of flats that meet our requirements. Once we made an offer, she walked us through the entire process and always provided prompt responses to our (many) questions. We're very happy with our new place, but if we ever look for another one we'll be coming back to this office.
