GoogleIn trying to find a flat for mum in these awful times, we came across Julide! She was amazing. She was professional and personable, and so kind. She listened to us and only sent through flats which met most of our needs. She contacted us even when she hadn't found anywhere to see how we were doing - and spent time listening to our concerns. GoogleWe had the opportunity to work with Jared from Foxtons closely as we were in the process of renting our first flat as a young couple in London. And the process was so smooth, easy and straight foward that is still hard to believe it haha. Jared helped us not only with very specific questions but also with organizing documentation and guiding us through a very unknown process for us! We absolutely recommend him and the company itself to ANYONE that has to go through this stressful process! they are efficient and do an amazing job with such a great attitude! Thanks again to the company and specifically to Jared!

GoogleI was having a very hard time securing a flat due to hunting remotely as I was living out of London at the time, and transitioning across jobs at the same time. I was getting frustrated with ignored enquiries and poor communication, but then registered interest in a Foxtons property. I was contacted next working day by Julide, who was friendly and helpful and got the ball rolling quickly. She understood it would be difficult for me to make a viewing, and instead she filmed a video tour showing the flat and the area. Julide sent this via WhatsApp and was on hand to progress everything really efficiently, which was very refreshing! She answered all my queries in a really timely way and I think went above and beyond what would be expected. I'm grateful to have had Julide's support and have found the Foxton's application process and account platform really helpful and easy to use.

GoogleI went to Crouch End Office and was dealing with Mirvana. I have to say ,speaking on my own language with her was really great !!!She was super helpful and friendly. She explained to me a lot of stuff that I wasn't aware about . I highly recommend her and the office in Crouch end .Thank you !

GoogleGreat experience at this estate agents. Particularly Jaber from the Crouch End office was great - diligent and personable. He took me round several rental properties and was receptive to my (numerous!) criteria. Would definitely recommend.

GoogleAfter weeks of research I was lucky to find a property managed by this branch. I arranged the viewing online and was taken to the property by car as I lived close by. After sending an offer on the website I received quick follow-ups and was helped with completing checks and documentation. It was a pleasant and safe experience (big name in real estate contributes of course) and Mirvana, who was my point of contact, was professional and helpful at all times.

GoogleI have been looking for a flat for a while and couldn’t find anything to match my needs. I was 8 days away from my move out date and contacted Foxtons Crouch End. The property I was initially interested in was no longer available but Julide recommended another property. It was amazing so I went for it. The process from the viewing to move in was effortless. Julide put me at ease and turned a stressful situation into a dream. I know estate agents get a lot of stick, but Julide sets an example for all to follow. If I could give her 10 stars I would.

GoogleWe had a truly effortless experience recently with Chris at Foxtons. Aware that we had no where to stay by the end of the week he took us around to view property after property until we found the one that was just right. We had the keys by Friday night and a new home for the weekend.

GoogleMy partner and I met with Mirvana who was very helpful, friendly and professional from the beginning of the process when emailing about properties initially and during the viewings. As we were travelling from another country, Mirvana even went the extra mile and showed us some other properties within our price range in different areas that we hadn't considered before and made us feel very welcome and understood our needs - in the end, we went with a property within walking distance to my new job and the Foxtons portal and tenancy process was straightforward and transparent.

GoogleWent to the Crouch End office with my boyfriend, have to say that customer service wise was exceptional. We have been dealing with Mirvana, super polite, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful with any kind of requests. Unfortunately we have had no luck but I highly recommend her if you choose Foxtons in Crouch End!
