Raidah was a great help getting our tenancy sorted and kept us informed. On arrival we were met by a member of the team to have a walk around the flat and note any issues, which are now awaiting repair. The flat was handed over In good condition, very clean with new furniture. Any scuff to walls were noted efficiently

Experience after moving in has been more than horrendous. You will only know if an agency is good once you need them, and unfortunately I’ve been plagued with issues since I’ve moved to one of their properties in Ealing. The property manager Aimee never answers any emails and has never picked up her phone. Never. It’s like she doesn’t exist. I’m only giving 2 starts because the references system when you’re onboarding the company is quite smooth. But they just lure you in and once the contract is signed you’re doomed. I used to live down the road from here for 3 years, another agency, and never had any issues with them. They were always very prompt in solving any of my problems. Folio is the total opposite. Absolute appalling. Aimee, try answering your emails or picking up your phone.

Folio flat is amazing, comfortable and have really good staff like Zac, Clare who are always there to help when needed. However, Cindy Anderson (property manager) is probably the slowest person i have ever met. I have tried to call her at least 50 times, and she only answered once. This means if tomorrow I have an emergency, she would not even be reliable to answer her phone. Disregarding the property manager, I have only good things to say about Folio, and the welcomming team her.

We rent a flat from Folio for a few years now. They are fantastic! Every issue is taken care straight away. Our property manager (Cindy Anderson) is there for us at any time. She literally answers her emails immediately !! High customer service skills ,communication and problem solving really make her the best person we could wish for. Highly recommend Folio !!! I've been a resident in folio London for nearly two years now, and myself & my partner love it here! Agata, who is my property manager in Chelmsford, has always responded to any issues we have regardless how small at a very quick pace & has always sorted us out ASAP to make sure there is not even a little inconvenience! Once, I bought a new car not realising my car struggled to fit in my current car park spot, and within an hour of contacting Agata she found me a new spot and moved me straight out! I definitely recommend anybody to move here, as they obviously make sure they get the best property managers here, that are always just a message away! I've had lots of issues with landlords in the past, being rude and plain out refusing to sort any issues, but never once had an issue here! We have engineers sent out either within the same day or the next day at the latest, they have handyman's on standby that come ASAP to sort any small issues like something coming off its hatch or anything that you can imagine! Any issues, they will definitely sort it out for you, thank you for being a great property manager Agata! :)
