The flat and the building are beautiful and kept to great standards.Karolina made the experience of renting very easy and pleasant! We are abroad at the moment and she accommodated all our needs from setting up an online viewing to answering quickly all our questions and guiding us through the referencing process. Spent just under 3 years there - initially the process wasn’t the best experience when moving in. It was hard to make contact with people on the ground when moving in let alone for the early small queries and issues. Then Agata came into the business and made a world of difference. Information, communication and support became much more efficient through Agata. She was very good with communication on WhatsApp and very understanding. Hope that her work continues to make Folio a better agency!
