GoogleOmg…can you imagine.we were put in a flat run by flex living ltd.we got this through our housing association who pay flex living Ltd £7500.00 p.m/£90000 a year.we came by last night with 5 kids in tow to enforcement notice in the door…why…this fraudulent company has not been paying those who own said properties the rental so possession was granted by courts.

GoogleI have been using letting agents for the past 5 years, and they have always employed tactics and hidden fees. Their responsiveness has been slow, and their professionalism has been lacking. However, I recently discovered this company! Unlike other estate agents, they never impose hidden charges and have provided me with an offer that includes maintenance and cleaning services. I have been using their services for a year now, and I only wish I had known about them sooner!

We’ve loved our stay in the Haggerston apartment - clean and quiet and in a great location right by the canal - lovely place for a walk in the mornings. Our contact persons, Lamyae and Maryam, responded quickly to any questions and were very helpful.

Definitely the worst experience I have ever had. I booked the "Wimbledon Luxury Room" through booking.com, thinking I was paying for a private studio since the price was on par with the price of rent for studio apartments in London (£2,060 for one month). What I got was a pokey room, sharing a tiny kitchen and bathroom with 3 other occupants! The facilities were often dirty and I never even used the kitchen once! The worst thing was that items such as a dining table, sofa, and seating area, all listed on booking.com, were NOT there. In fact, there wasn't even a single chair or table in the ENTIRE apartment! Imagine paying £2,060 a month for a place that doesn't even have a chair or table? It is absolutely ludicrous.The agents were about as useful as sand in the Sahara. They promised to "upgrade" my room, but never even did that. They also promised to recompensate me but are now only offering a discount on a future stay with them (as if I'd EVER return as a customer...). In short, this is a scam organization. They blatantly lie about the facilities provided in their properties while still charging obscenely excessive prices. Avoid this company like the plague!

If you value your hard earned money, please research the reputation of Flex Living Ltd ("FL") before you commit. If you are reading these reviews because you have already been victimized by FL, please know you are not alone - research!I could talk at length about the shortcomings of the FL airbnb experience, but I would just be rehashing what many before me have said. Instead, I want to dig into a deeper issue: how has this company been allowed to get away with violating consumer rights at such scale for so long? Clearly something is broken.FL should be removed from all rental platforms and united consumer action can make that happen. Yes, they get good reviews sometimes, but by my estimation about 10-20% of their customers are having horrific outcomes - unacceptable. Imagine if 20% of cola drinkers had negative outcomes. I have no doubt FL is breaking the law and it is time for us as consumers to unite and bring the weight of the system down on them.

Worst experience ever. We stayed in 'wapping villas' arranged by our insurance company whilst our house was being done up. What followed was three weeks of disruption starting with having 0 light for the first 2 days, muddy carpets and cracks in all the bathrooms. The final straw was when the bath leaked and flooded downstairs - flex livings solution was for us to get a new bath installed and live with no light.Shocking cowboys of a company

I’d give no star if that were an option. Worst customer service ever, the apartment was freezing cold, I had no hot water, and it wasn’t very clean. So disappointing especially after they messed up the already unnecessarily complicated check in process and gave me the wrong address for picking up the keys. The customer service team actually hung up on me.I will NEVER book with this company again and neither should you..Lots of sorrys, very little action..

flex living is cheating. The homepage looks very nice, but in reality everything is absolutely terrible. My key wasn't at the pickup point and no one could help me. I had to spend two nights in the hotel before I had a key. I haven't received the money for the hotel yet (after more than three months)!!! The apartment I finally got was dirty and old, not what I booked and paid for!!! NEVER AGAIN

would've given this a zero if I couldI booked through booking.com because I wanted to stay in London for a short period of time. The place was NOT a safe place; it's just a random building with actual residences. but the moment I walked in there was a notice that there were individuals that were peeing in the lift, drug misuse, etc. uh, I was honestly shocked. I walked in the flat, bugs, insects, you name it, i've probably seen it in the flat. Mould smell was also present :( I kindly asked for help; the people who were supposed to help me didn't even want to care. Didn't answer my calls; I had to call three times before they answered. I mentioned my issue, and they said, "I thought there was an emergency; that's why I answered the phone." what...? Honestly there are better apartments out there. Please just don't use their services. They did not deserve a single penny anybody has given them.
