GoogleI have been a client of this office of Chard for well over 17 years, as a landlord in the area for which this office has consistently found me high quality, reliable tenants. The team there is always professional (I would say the current team is certainly one of the best, in my experience); they deal with matters in a timely fashion, always respond to emails quickly, and when looking for tenants, offer advice on pricing, feedback on viewings, and generally work hard to make the connection between landlord and tenant as smooth and pleasant as possible.
The fact that I have worked exclusively with this office for such a long time should speak for itself.
