In the middle of a pandemic, dealing with international demanding clients from NYC (us) and with an owner horse racing multiple brokers for the best offer, Joshua managed to bring both parties to a deal, which needed comprising from both sides. During the multiple backs and forths, the accepted and rescinded offers and the financial negotiation phase, Joshua never lost his patience, maintained the upmost integrity and most importantly, he listened. I hadn't used an estate agent in over 15 years so it was all a bit new to me but Emily guided me through everything.
