Great service! Every time we had something that needs a tweak, Fletchers are prompt to respond. Last time, George Tilby came to do some repairs and he was super helpful and very efficient. He explained us what needed to be done, which is the experience we had in previous rentals.

I wish there were negative stars for how pathetic and unprofessional this letting company has behaved. The agent (Paul Biris) should never be allowed to talk to people. He has no manners whatsoever. He had arranged to show us two homes in Chiswick back to back. We arrived on time to the first home - to the surprise of one of his colleagues (Leigh). However she let us see the property while trying to cover up for Paul, who was late, and trying to let him know that we had arrived by train so couldn’t get to the second property quickly if he was to meet us there, after viewing the first home with her. Paul eventually arrived at the first home retorting and I quote “it’s not my job to drive you around”(!!). Somehow we were supposed to know that he was not showing us the first property AND that we should have come by car to fit his schedule of viewings. I would NEVER use this place. Their lack of competence is astounding, and attitude is just disgraceful.

Whislt she hasn't yet found the perfect flat for us yet (to be fair, we are very particular) no other agent has worked as hard or provided us with as many quality, potential properties to consider. I walked into the branch where I was politely greeted by a young lady and asked her for details of another agent on the high street. Without any hesitation or objections she was happy to help me 😊 It was so refreshing to have this level of willingness to help as it would seem I wanted details of their competition.
