I had positive renting experience

I recently rented a property in Manchester for six months and had a wonderful experience. Jayson (the property manager) was very client-oriented and helpful throughout the renting process, from a showing to supporting me until my move-in. The flat itselfs is well-maintained and completely new, and I found it to be comfortable living space. Overall, I had a positive renting experience and would definitely recommend this property to others.Besides, I want to highlight the easy and quick communication with the head office in London. I received all the needed information about my concerns from the company’s managers.

I recall working through Flambard Williams to acquire my first property. Having met more real estate agents (over 50). I found them to follow up on everything. All concerns such as location, development company, solicitors, payment reminders were handled by them.They have local knowledge of the areas and are aware of the development and the surrounding.
