Just purchased and exchanged on a property in Manchester. The team at Flambard Williams not only calmly explained and educated me on the buy to let market and the areas where to invest, but their knowledge of Brexit and potential advantages and disadvantages was very insightful. The after sales side of things was also an asset and I was walked through the full process. Will definitely be using them again and recommending them.Thanks to all

Would give 6 stars if I could!!Shannice helped me through the whole purchase purchase and was very informative on several developments I was considering. They also have a great after sales team including Kelly who made it really easy for me, considering my working hours and kids schedule. Thanks again and cant wait to get my next BTL :)

My daughter Iona has recently been buying a Flat through this company. Charleigh the agent that has taken us through every stage of our buying process has given 110% of her time. We can always get in touch with her day or night if we have any questions ,as we are new to buying off plan. We would highly recommend using Flambard Williams but especially asking for Charleigh who we would use again . Carole

This company must be closed or have issues with communication. I have tried 3 times now to make contact and yet after 2 calls and 1 email have received no response. Poor.

Hi MarkSorry you have not been able to reach us. I have looked on the system snd we don’t have a contact card relating you.As we are extremely busy we employ 3 receptionists just to answer incoming calls and an answer service should we have an overspill and they have no recollection of you on their records.Feel free to email info@flambardwilliams.co.uk if you still require information and we will look into it straight away.

GoogleIt's absolutely disgraceful. After they sell you a plot, it's impossible to get hold of them if you have an issue. They avoid you, they don't get back to you. They are clearly Cowboys, do not use them, stay away.
