GoogleThe overal service during the rental period was great. The support team and reception always reacted to our requests like office furniture, repairs etc. However, I'm deeply dissapointed with how Regus hides fees in the agreements. We received the invoice with restoration fee. This fee is mentioned in the contract, however, the amount of the fee is not shown in the main terms and conditions. I only found it in the "House Rules". In our case when we received the House Rules document it stated £20 per m2, however, the invoice had higher number - £24/m2 and also increased office surface, which is not correct. Even though fee increased we were not informed about it. Additionally, the office surface is calculated incorrectly. These resulted in higher charges which are not expected from a good business partner like Regus.

Be very careful with Regus contracts. I signed an agreement that never even started, and despite errors in the document I was denied a simple cancellation. They try to lock you in and make it very hard to get out. Not transparent, not customer-friendly.
