GoogleI arrived early for an appointment with Casting Talents and introduced myself and explained I was 10minutes early for my 11:45am appointment. The receptionist hardly acknowledged me and just gestured for me to sit down. I waited and when it had been 15minutes since my appointment was supposed to have started I asked the receptionist what was happening. She then made it sound as though I had not told her my name and time of appointment upon entry and that I should just go upstairs and wait there. Nobody met me upstairs for 10minutes which was even odder. Dreadful service and very disappointing to be treated like this.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleRegus staff at the office are good they do the best they can but have hands tied, however their accounts and operations teams are simply unprofessional, expect sums debited without approval and fines/charges without reason, accounts department is awful, no one can resolve anything, I have a 2 month issue which is still unresolved due to their incompetence, unfortunately service is getting worse. I have logged a case and await a response and resolution..

GoogleThese are THE WORST 'serviced' offices we have EVER rented!!! DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU WANT TO RUN A PROFESSIONAL BUSINESS!!! The place is terrible, toilets are foul, cleaning is non existent and I we simply cannot bring clients here! Internet has been a continuing challenge and affects us badly on an ongoing basis! DO NOT USE THESE OFFICES - YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!

GoogleThe lifts on the T-side of the building have been regularly breaking down for several months now. They are now completely out of service and have been for over 3 weeks. Likewise, the air conditioning has not been working regularly since early December.
