Hi Ash, I am sorry to hear of your disappointment. As the worlds-leading flexible workspace provider, we’re confident in what we do and do not “scam” our customers. From your comments, the charges in question relate to redecoration work that had to be carried out in the office. As the condition went beyond normal wear and tear, we were required to apply an additional fee to restore the space to its original state. I would like to investigate thoroughly to ensure your concern is treated fairly but you’ve posted anonymously.
