GoogleI was looking for an investment property and was introduced to Paul Zaad a Sales Consultant for Felicity J Lord in Islington. We ended up purchasing the property which was facilitated by Paul. We found him professional and responsive to all our requests and every communication was done in a timely manner. No request was too great for Paul, he was willing to assist at every request and work with us and the vendors for a smooth, stress free purchase. Paul was always on time for appointments and a delight to deal with. I would highly recommend Paul to anyone who is thinking of selling/buying a property through FJL and wants to deal with a knowlegable professional.

The only estate agent, out of many that I was registered with, that gave a really 'personal' service which resulted in me finding a property I liked after a significant time looking. He took my search very seriously taking me to see properties that met my brief. He even took the time to walk me round the area showing me the highlights after I had had an offer accepted. I would highly recommend him.
