I have never met a people that are so unorganised, unprofessional and inadequate people in my life. What a disappointment. I first deal with a guy named Guy and he was just rude and no listened and just pass me to his useless man Paul who talked for too much and his English was so bad telling me things I don’t want. Cancel all viewings and dealing with those people who try and just tell you want they want and not listened. Zero stars To buy a propertySTAY AWAY

Recently sold a flat with the help of Roz Matthews at Felicity J Lord. Although it was a protracted probate sale, Roz was pretty much always on hand to talk to, offer advice and chase the buyer. A professional, approachable & friendly attitude, meant we got there in the end!

I'm an owner renting out my flat for the first time with Felicity J. Lord using their full management service. The process was very stressful with contradictory messages about what the fees would be and as soon as tenants moved in, all communication stopped. There should have been 2 rent payments by now and I've not received a penny, with no explanation why.

If I could have put 0 stars, I would have done so. Absolutely incompetent and disrespectful agency ! As a good scammer, they are great as taking your money but very bad at giving it back. Explanation: we were mere tenants (perhaps one of the reasons for their lack of consideration) and we are still waiting for our deposit back after leaving over a month ago and the landlord's agreement. After many requests that remained unanswered, we finally threatened the agency with legal action and they finally deigned to answer us. They tried to blame us by claiming that they had not received our bank details, which is an absolute lie as we had obviously provided this information at the right time. Their internal management problems should not concern customers and worse, make them feel responsible for this lack of seriousness. To be avoided! (unless you agree to be taken advantage of)

I have been letting multiple apartments in London for over 15 years now and recently, for the first time, I did it with Felicity J Lord. The entire experience from the initial phone call through to moving the tenants into my apartment was made enjoyable by an excellent team of Shannon, Rhea and Jennifer. There was some negotiation required but all this was handled swiftly and effectively by Jennifer. Great bunch of girls and will definitely be going back to them with repeat business. I see other reviews on here that suggest differently, Its possible these are from inexperienced landlords who don't understand the magnitude of the responsibility that is required for landlords who wish to provide a good service to their tenants.
