I rented Flat 20 Tower Court N1 2US by Felicity J Lord and they are most unethical and bad intenioned agents and landlord ever. They tried to charged me over £2100 with bias and lie check in check out report then when I resist they reduce to £430. They are just trying whatever they can get from tenant. They are trying to houses old problem like new problem and they are lying in their with non-exist problems as well. For example Jennifer who showed me the property initally while in the showing kitchen blind dropped and in the check out report they accused me to I break the blind :) stay away from this agent

As I assumed, Felicity J. Lord is a great real estate agency. But I was in a lucky day when I walked-in the office on Upper Street on a Saturday afternoon and got agent Ali Ispir business card. Although he was out on a viewing, he called me one later and right away managed starting the process to get the flat that I wanted. He was very fast and diligent in intermediating the agreement with the landlords and getting the paperwork done. He made the process went smoothly with always a good attitude that things would work out, and they did. That’s the kind of energy you want when you find your next home! Thanks FJL and Ali! Cheers! James Spencer- Price , the assistant manager was very helpful. He was pleasant and professional. No pushiness which you often get from Estate agents trying to woo you into using them. He came along , on time, with a smile on his face, Assessed the property I want to sell and then sat down and chatted through the details of selling. He sent a letter within 24 hours of the appointed confirming details. I will feel confident to place the sale with his company.

We recently put an offer on a property that was sold through Felicity J. Lord. Our estate agent (James-Spencer Price) was extremely responsive and helpful throughout the whole process. He was very flexible in arranging a time and date to do the viewing, following which he helped us put in our offer. Even after the offer was accepted James helped to answer any questions we had and to find out any further information we requested. He also arranged a follow up visit for us to take specific measurements. All around we received a fantastic service from James and he was a pleasure to deal with!
