GoogleI have had interactions with most of the local estate agents. In our recent property search, I have been unimpressed by most of the agents - who seemed uninterested in what we were looking for and made no attempt to objection handle any of our concerns. I had a viewing with Olivia today who was excellent - very knowledgeable, great personality - not too pushy but was definitely keen to understand, and challenge to the right degree, my feedback on the property. Would definitely want someone like Olivia selling my property.

GoogleJack and the other agents we encountered while looking for a property to purchase were absolutely top notch. We looked at well over 30 homes in the Greenwich/Blackheath area with a variety of sales agents, and Felicity J Lord in general stood out due to the professionalism and responsiveness of all of the staff in the office. The information provided on the homes they sell was second to none, the brochures were impeccable and home presentations were very good when visiting. It is clear they have great relationships with the sellers they represent, and are providing them with good advice about how to attract buyers and get a sale done. From a buyer's perspective, I would strongly recommend them to represent you as a seller because I felt they were trustworthy, fair, and advised both buyers and sellers well.

GoogleWow. I really can't say enough good things about Jack, Stuart and the entire team at FJL in Blackheath. Buying a house is such a stressful process and we always felt there was a real, live, caring and competent human being at the end of a phone or there, in person, giving us an hour or two of their time on their day off, making sure we were taken care of all along the way. Highly recommend.
