GoogleEach Estate Agency is all about the people, and I have to say it has been a pleasure working with Matthew & Stuart at FJL in Blackheath Standard. From the start they have been professional, enthusiastic, responsive, and have the experience to give good advice when asked for. Selling a home has its stressful moments, and they are both approachable and helpful in easing the client through those times. I highly recommend them.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

His friendly manner made it easy to communicate with him and nothing has been too much for him to do. He’s worked really hard to sell my home and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to friends and family. Thank you for everything and thank you to Matt, Lily and Christine as well, you’re all so helpful and friendly. Excellent service all round!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleI have been dealing with Stuart of FJ Lord Blackheath on a recent purchase. Despite the hiccups we experienced Stuart has been very professional and followed through with updates constantly. An very down to earth agent who understands the market. Unfortunately the transaction was withdrawn by the seller last minute with unreasonable demand which is of no fault of FJ Lord. I will not hesitate to work with Stuart and FJ Lord again.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism
