Arranged rental of Clapton flat through Felicity J Lord. Arrangement with them to exclude management and the gross monthly rent to come direct to us without deductions. They routed my May payment through their (Spicehart) account and deducted £650! So we are out of pocket. No word of an explanation so far. Stephen The St.Quinton LLP
