I was very anxious in selling my Property because it's one of the biggest decisions you have to make. I put my Property on the market with several agents but Felicity J LORD did an outstanding job, particularly Shade who got me an offer on my flat. Shade was very attentive with my needs and kept me updated with feedback with the buyers. She reassured me that I would be able to sell so long as the price is right. Shade is a bright young lady, reputable and is aware of the market conditions, which made the whole selling process a lot easier. Their substantiation process as an agent means that any offers presented are financially viable which puts me as a seller at ease. I could not have been happier with this service. Would definitely recommend selling or buying through this agent.

I had the chance to deal with Shade from Felicity JLord Real Estate agency during my property search. She was very helpful, understood exactly what kind of property I was looking for and made very accurate property suggestions. Furthermore, Shade was very flexible in terms of viewings and adapted well to my busy schedule by arranging viewing outside of her working hours. She also helped getting accurate answers to my various questions about the properties conditions in a very transparent approach. I was particularly impressed with their COVID19 policies for flat viewings and tours, and the kindness and transparency shown throughout. Disastrous service from the CW office

Disastrous service from the CW office. Issue of a leaking pipe and broken kitchen shelf unresolved since October 2023. That is after 5.5 months. Almost three weeks before any emails are being picked up - have faced this for the past few years I have stayed as a tenant.Aggressive tone in emails from the supposedly experienced team members.And most recently, for over 3 weeks nothing was ever communicated nor there was any response to multiple chasers on the progress of finding replacement tenants.Avoid them at all costs.

I moved to London in March 2020 and was looking for a one bedroom apartment around Angel or Clerkenwell. Over a period of 1 week, I contacted many agents, but none of the people I reached out to were as responsive as Charlotte De Carli at Felicity J Lord. Based on her quick response and how well she tailored the apartment viewings to my preferences, I found a very suitable apartment. During the viewings, she provided very candid feedback and wasn't pushy at all. In the period between my first offer and the move-in date, she handled all steps professionally and was proactive in communicating between the landlord and myself. As I had to move during Covid-19, she ensured that despite the (many!) disruptions, I was well taken care of. Even for a minor emergency on the move-in date, she was at the apartment building within 30 minutes. I would strongly recommend Charlotte to anyone that is looking for an apartment in London and wants the best service. SR

I have never experienced property management this negligent or unresponsive.

I’ve been dealing with serious electrical faults since 27 October, and as of 4 December the issue is still unresolved. I’ve had no working oven or dishwasher for two months, and at one point they even left me without heat or electricity for 24 hours in winter. Throughout all of this, emails and calls are ignored, repairs are endlessly delayed, and no one takes responsibility. This level of neglect isn’t just inconvenient, it is dangerous. The ongoing electrical problems have put me, other tenants, our pets, and even neighboring properties at risk of short circuits and potential fire hazards. Failing to address this for over a month is a serious breach of basic safety expectations. Landlords, please pay attention: Their inaction doesn't just damage tenant wellbeing, it puts your property, your investment, and your legal compliance at risk. Persistent electrical faults, prolonged lack of repairs, and zero communication expose you to liability, safety violations, property loss, and reputational damage. In my experience, this has been the worst property management service I have ever encountered. For the sake of safety and sanity, look elsewhere.

I had a few rental income issues with…

I had a few rental income issues with my property through felicity J Lord. For the last two years i tried on many occasions to resolve the matter only to be told the person I needed to speak to wasn't available but they would ring me back, which she never did. This was very frustrating as the issue only got bigger as the months went on. Then one day when I rang the office I was speaking to a young lady I hadn't previously spoken to, her name is Rebecca mcgarry. Rebecca was a ray of sunshine and from day one looked into and resolved this matter within a few weeks. I cannot praise her helpfulness and professionalism highly enough. I was on the verge of taking legal action and distancing myself permanently from this company, through the fault of only two employees who simply didn't care about or listen to my issue. Rebecca has changed all that she was always at the end of the phone for me, kept me updated regularly by email and left me assured. I would like to say the biggest thank you to Rebecca for all she has done, and hope her company knows what an asset they have in her.

Productive, friendly property visit

We’ve been living in our new flat since November and last week we had our first house inspection. Jean Piper (one of the property managers at Felicity J Lord) came by to look through the apartment and ask about any issues that need resolving. She was great to chat with & took note of the few items that needed fixing - and promptly got back to us with a couple of documents that we required related to the property, while also getting in touch with the landlord about the required fixes. All in all it was a very smooth visit and Jean was really helpful and personable.

Really positive house viewing

Called after seeing a flat on Rightmove being listed for this company. Eduard Diac was waiting for me downstairs and made me feel extremely at ease with a big smile and relaxed yet professional air.Whilst walking around the flat, he described all the key parts, was able to provide some market knowledge about other property within the area and more importantly, overall guidance on what to expect as a first time buyer that reassured me I was in safe hands.Unfortunately, the area itself wasn't for me but the flat was beautiful and I'm sure Eduard will be able to make the buyer and seller extremely happy.Writing this review as I was incredibly impressed (visited five houses that day - 3 were soso agents one was a random 'warm body' as she described herself to show me the place).

Appalling communication and lack of clarity. Avoid them!

Avoid as much as you can. Wish I knew about Felicity J Lord reputation at the beginning of a painful sales process. Tried to sell my house since February 25. Apparently, they've found a prospective buyer in March but it had taken approximately 10 months and nothing has had happened. Their method in dealing with clients entails no transparency and we, in fact, are unaware what exactly is happening.Every single contact, when it happens, the information provided is different to confuse you even more. They have kept me waiting for exchange/completion, promising that we, as sellers, were "almost there" month after month. And this "there" has never happened. Waste of time, money and hope. Don't ever deal with them!!! They will stress you out with empty promises to boost their sales profile.

Fantastic customer experience

It was the first time we were renting out a flat in the UK and we were a little anxious as we were on a tight timeline without much knowledge of the market. I had been looking for a new place for a while and no luck. When I went into Felicity J Lord it was the end of the working day, all computers shut down, few staff still around but nonetheless they welcomed me inside and took down my search. Mimi was an absolute ray of sunshine!! She had all her stuff ready to go home but she stayed, listened and really made an effort to understand what I was looking for in a new home. It is hard finding realtors in London that really make an effort into seeing what is best for you, but I felt like I hit jackpot with Mimi! After being let down by a another agent a week before our move in date we contacted Felicity J Lord and were in touch with Bilal. Absolute 1st class service. He had a suitable property there for us. Felicity J Lord and in particular Charlotte De Carli at Goswell Road branch Islington have been in charge of finding me tenants for three years now. The overall experience has been superb.
