GoogleI would like to say from the beginning to the end of my house sale using Felicity J Lord Royal standard branch has been a sheer delight. All members of staff that I interacted with we’re proficient, knowledgeable, extremely friendly and pleasant. We had some hiccups along the way, but staff at Felicity J Lord took all this in their stride. I would strongly recommend this organisation and especially this branch for my next house sale. GoogleI had a great experience with Felicity J. Lord and that was down to Ria Yardley. She was so helpful from my initial enquiry to conducting the viewings. On the day she also showed me 2 other properties in the vicinity that were actually more appealing to me based on my criteria. She also followed up with the information I had requested and got the answers I needed from the current owners in order for me to make a decision. Although, I didn't end up progressing with either of the properties if I ever am looking for a property in southeast London again I will definitely reach out to Ria. Thanks for a great experience.

GoogleEarned every penny of their commission twice over. Some people think estate agents get paid for listing the property and showing a few people around. While Felicity J Lord certainly did that and got us an offer, the real work began keeping our deal alive while various solicitors decided to find the maximum number of random questions it is possible to ask whilst approaching some very serious deadlines. The good humour and support from the team - particularly from Stuart and from Lily, kept channels of communication open between us and our buyer (and even with our vendor's agents and them) at times when communication or the lack of it, between solicitors, threatened to bring us all to a grinding halt. Very pleased we chose you - though we always knew we would as you were so helpful with the valuation of our flat for probate purposes a decade ago. There is something really great about having a local team who know and love your property find a local buyer you know is going to love it too. Thank you for all your help.PositiveProfessionalism

GoogleAvoid this estate agent. I endured an 11 month chain-free sale from them which I eventually walked from. I endured exteme delays. No respect was shown towards me by the agency or the buyer. They treated me like a nuisance whenever I chased up my sale. They constantly gave me false hope, stringing me along for 11 months despite me flagging up with them how much of an impact the sale was having on my stress levels and mental health. They did not care. They demonstrated the utmost incompetence and were shameless about it. After two and a half months, they called me to say that the buyer's survey which they had previously informed me had taken place and was with the mortgage lender, had not actually taken place at all. Despite them telling me it had! It then had to be rebooked. By the time it took place, we were already 3.5 months into the sale. They did not have the manners or good grace to apologise. I cannot believe what this agency put me through and how they behave. They also identified that I was inexperienced in property selling and so charged me 3% commission which is twice what other agencies charge in the area. That is unethical! When I complained online, I was called by management and berated for half an hour with a manager telling me I was 'giving him jip'. Who talks to clients like that? This was the last straw. I would have spared myself SO SO SO much stress had I never signed with FJ Lord. Do yourself a favour amd sell elsewhere.
