GoogleExcellent service. Have bought and sold a few properties through Jack and his team. They have been nothing but professional and their ability to get buyers through the door excellent. Would never go anywhere else when selling in the surrounding area!

GoogleI found it very hard to get hold of and when leaving messages to get responses from the agents once my house was sold! to the point that I was ready to pull out of the sell altogether! They take a lot of money for their service, the very least they should do is stay in touch until the sell is complete!

GoogleJack and the other agents we encountered while looking for a property to purchase were absolutely top notch. We looked at well over 30 homes in the Greenwich/Blackheath area with a variety of sales agents, and Felicity J Lord in general stood out due to the professionalism and responsiveness of all of the staff in the office. The information provided on the homes they sell was second to none, the brochures were impeccable and home presentations were very good when visiting. It is clear they have great relationships with the sellers they represent, and are providing them with good advice about how to attract buyers and get a sale done. From a buyer's perspective, I would strongly recommend them to represent you as a seller because I felt they were trustworthy, fair, and advised both buyers and sellers well.
