GoogleI started to look a flat in London which is not really easy considering the fact that flats in London are let pretty fast. Adem has been really helpful, understanding, dedicated to my case and completely available which has been a excellent way to avoid the flat hunting stress. GoogleAll downhill from the start. Excellent experience in signing a flat, was great and super responsive in the process up to signing it and move in. Unfortunately since then it’s been nothing but a mess. Multiple broken items and appliances in the flat - that we were promised would be fixed once we moved in when viewing - are still broken a month into the tenancy with Gen as our Property Manager. Zero ability to give timely updates or timelines of when stuff might get fixed.

GoogleGemma Bond provided a great service to me as a prospective tenant looking to move into the area. She kept in touch, answered any queries and suggested a great flat, which I took. The only negative point is that I received little response from her colleagues when I phoned with a query when Gemma was away from work on leave. But overalll, a good service.
