We would highly recommend the Shad Thames branch of FJL, and Gavin May in particular. They marketed our flat for sale, and when we met Gavin initially he was knowledgeable about the market, and clear and realistic about what could be aimed for. Gavin and his team were always available to talk, worked longer hours than most other agencies, updated us regularly on the progress of the viewings, and then once they found a buyer, on the progress of the conveyancing and overall sale until completion. This was the first agent i approached when i had to move flat. All went pretty well, i saw the property immediately and took it as a really good deal. FJL came up front with all pros and cons of taking this property where we could make a good decision, as opposed to just wanting to do the sale.
