Richard had a good understanding for the type of property that I was looking for and most of the ones he sent me were definitely interesting for me. He didn't send me properties that were outside the area I was looking in or not suitable in other ways. He was very helpful with providing me with additional information whenever I asked for it. I the end, I didn't buy a property through Felicity J. Lord because I found one that was being marketed by another agent, but Richard was definitely one of the better agents that I dealt with.

I have been with a number of letting agents and some of which have been extremely difficult however I was really impressed with Felicity J. Lord with the warm nature of their team in particular Inga and Monika who really took the stress out of tenants from the signing process, check in process to leaving the property so much so i've recommended them to a few other people both landlords and tenants. I also have to thank them for finding us our dream apartment in SE1 where my partner and I made such wonderful memories. Thank you!

I have been flat hunting for a while now and it had been a horrendous, nerve wracking process until I happened upon this Lettings Agency. Gemma showed me a beautiful flat and answered my questions with honesty and great care. Inga made the admin process super seamless as well. I really felt like I was in safe, competent hands and did not get any of that icky feeling that Agents tend to give. Important to note that I did not feel like just a number or a quota to meet. It has been, by far, my best lettings experience in London. 10/10.

In past years FJL have assisted as I remortgaged. Yesterday, Chris Lee again called by.. to value our home for both sale, & rental purposes. Astute.. yet considerate, knowledgable yet not lecturing. Over the past few months, searching for a flat for two seemed to be a very difficult feat. We spoke with plenty agents from various agencies, only to be met with options that don't fit both our criteria. However, Gemma Bond was the agent that stood out from all of them.
