Recently enquired about a rental apartment in Westminster London. Not sure that they could have shown less interest - off-hand and no follow up on our request for a Specific property viewing. Very strange approach as our current lease expiry, rental track record and level of solvency dictates that we are genuine customers. Awarded two stars as at least they answered the phone and sent across a property video.

This agency kept my overpaid rent money unfairly since last year (Sep2021), when I asked them to refund my overpaid rent they reply we are investigating your case. They do not have any idea about the documentation and transaction .I instructed a solicitor and have to pay money to get back my overpaid rent. they are dishonest, unreliable

As a tenant renting a property with no hot water at all, and they never provide fix and I literally need to boil water from stove for taking a bath, they are not treating tenant as human being these companies should get closed down immediately, if you are tenant never choose for renting any property managed by this agent
