I had a really good experience letting my flat through the Soho office; Scott, Nic and the the team provided me with a very professional service. They vetted prospective tenants closely and gave me very honest feedback.They were good at problem solving when issues arose and gave very valuable advice at each stage of the letting process. I had a really good experience with Jan Marie Aguinaldo visiting a couple flats in the Hackney area. Aside from great communications and a very positive energy I was impressed by the effort she made in trying to understand my needs and wants, which is not something I experienced with other agents during my flat hunt. She seemed to genuinely care which was really appreciated. Thanks again Jan!

I recently contacted head office and spoke to a lovely lady called Ashley. From the start to the end she was fantastic. She clearly explained the process and made me feel at ease. I feel she really took the time to find out what my needs are. She clearly knows her job very well. Overall the service was 10/10 and I will definitely being recommending her.

Not a good experience. I have had two properties which they have managed for me for a few years. I have lost count of the errors, omissions, failures to follow-up on instructions and total mis-management. Their customers tenants and landlords deserve much better. As this situation has been going on for sometime, I think its the leadership in this business that need to change: - smell the coffee and leave

A big thank you to my property manager Violeta Gordejeva. My boiler was broken and left me with no hot water nor heating. A couple of hours after I wrote to Violeta, she has contacted the contractor, and it got fixed the next day.

FacebookWe rented this property. We have calling for 3 weeks. Wach maching is broken no return. Your laundry is wet this is their duty for for the fist time. We have encountered such a troublesome situation key the mailbox doesnot open the door is troubled the refrigerator freezes and air condination is not work everthink is very terrible.
