Our moving experience was great, we can’t fault the professionalism, communication and quick response times of Joel, Jack and Martin, nothing was to much trouble, they were friendly and helpful and always got back to us quickly. Jack and Martin dealt with any questions or issues we had so well, they are both an asset to the estate agents, they really went above and beyond when chasing up our sellers solicitors etc. I would definitely recommend and would use again in the future, thank you!

Rented twice via Chiswick Branch, never again! Paperwork never matches verbal promises. Make sure you get things in writing everytime - but best of luck with that. Too many specifics to list - untrustworthy IMHO.

Really great team at Dalston (Sufina, Yusuf ++), they are brilliant, efficient and seamless. I was really weary of the whole renting process, having had a poor experience with a different estate company last year. The team at Dalston took the time to listen, answer all my questions and understood where I was coming from, really helpful. They actually went above and beyond and helped me with a bit of advice on my tenancy rights, as I was having a hard time with my previous landlord. Thanks so much.
