Highly recommend! Transacting property in the UK is sometimes an arduous process. My transaction was made even more difficult because i live on the other side of the world. Recently I have had to find student accommodation last minute and what could have been a very stressful situation was made infinitely more pleasant and Smoot from our agent Darcy who was able to efficiently communicate with 6 nervous students and help us find a home for the year and demonstrated a remarkable level of compassion to our situation as first time renters and even went out of her way to give updates and reassurance on a bank holiday which was a great comfort to us. She was readily available for any questions we may have (and we had many) and overall was very pleasant to communicate with. As a first time renter I haven't a lot of experience with estate agents but I doubt in the future I will be fortunate enough to experience the same level of service and compassion again.

Awful awful experience, our solicitor Reyhan Caliskan was terrible to deal with. Had to set aside so much time every day to ring up, be ignored, have my time wasted, just to get her to reply to simple emails. Worst communication and customer service of my life. Avoid at all costs.
