GoogleVery professional service, quick to market, excellent pictures and video. Elle is very responsive throughout the entire process, and drives the sale through. We accepted an offer in a matter of days, and Elle provided continual support during the conveyancing process. Very transparent - we had frank discussions about property value and pricing strategy, and achieved what we were looking for. I would highly recommend EO estate agents.

I consider us so lucky to come across EO, Elle and Poppy in particular, who now, coming to the end of sale, I feel, I could trust for their professional, but also kind attention throughout. Trying to sell a leasehold property proved really difficult with the first agent we asked for help, so we appreciate the difference in level of service we received from EO even more. I can highly recommend them and they would be our first choice if we came to buying or selling again.

EO agency tried to sell us a property with a private garden. The garden was in fact shared and we only found out 3.5 months into putting the offer in. Initially EO agency did not admit there was an issue and put a lot of pressure on us to ignore the fact we were not buying what had been advertised. We tried extremely hard to resolve the issue and move forward with the sale but it was impossible, the vendors pulled the sale and put it back on the market. EO would not talk openly about it as it appear they were nervous to admit their error. We viewed the property 3 times, once with the vendor and twice with EO’s agent. Every time we clarified the garden was private and not shared with the property below. The floor plan also indicated the whole garden was private. This was incorrect. We were left with thousands of pounds of fees, the sale of our flat fell through and were not able to move.
