GoogleHaving had a poor experience with a high street estate agent Elle at EO was recommended. Elle's personal attention and timely updates were a completely different experience. Her knowledge of the local market enabled sound valuation advice. Particular advantage points to mention were the management of viewings and vetting of offers to reduce time wasters. Overall Elle and her team are a delight to deal with. Thanks EO, we got there in the end.

GoogleElle was excellent throughout the entire process of selling our flat. Firstly, she was able to find us a buyer in quite a tough market when other estate agents failed. She was also really good at keeping touch and was easily contactable and very responsive when we had any sort of query. Being a small business, Elle was the person doing all the viewings and was very knowledgeable about the flat and local area. GoogleWe'd had a difficult year with a well know high street agent, when the market started to get a little harder they just didn't want to put in the effort. This isn't the case with Elle @ EO, she made the effort to tailor and push the marketing of the flat though more that just simple Rightmoove/Zoopla adverts. While the path to completion wasn't always a smooth one (when is it ever?) having someone there who is taking a genuine interest in supporting you and the buyer has been so refreshing. Our story is a complex one of selling multiple flats, buying a house, of broken chains and failed sales, and many many agents involved. So i'm not saying Elle is better than one high street agent, I'm saying she's the best we've seen, because she takes a different more personal, engaged and more proactive approach.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Elle and her team are professional, apply a range of marketing techniques, keeping us up to date the whole time and answering the abundance of questions we had! Elle was very informed about the local area and the specifics of our place, which gave us so much confidence. She got our sale and purchase through before the end of June which we’re so thankful for! She also assisted with our purchase, going above and beyond to provide information and recommend surveyors. We can’t recommend EO estate agents enough. Hopefully we won’t be moving again for a few years but, when we do come to sell, we’ll be contacting Elle without any hesitation. She was ready to answer all our questions at all hours of the day, and she was always prompt and professional when getting back to us. She gave us plenty of feedback during the viewing process and she was extremely mindful of COVID restrictions (often thinking of things we hadn’t!) Her relentless approach meant the survey and solicitors all moved swiftly, which was important to us. She was a honest and helpful voice when we negotiated with our buyer, which we really appreciated, and she helped us get a good price for our flat. She is the most proactive, knowledgeable, driven, and genuine agent I have ever met, & there was noone else I would've trusted with the sale of my late mother's house. She has complete integrity - which is rare & extremely reassuring during what could otherwise be a stressful process. We knew with certainty she was always acting in our best interests. Her efficiency & communication made everything seamless. Her bespoke service feels completely unique and forward-thinking & it's certainly not the experience you could ever hope to get from a 'high street' agent (spoken from experience) & certainly not an online one. The photos & video of our house were superb for a start! We ended up with multiple offers on the table & a sale price above what we'd expected. Elle gets the job done - with panache! GoogleSelling my first property combined with being a meticulous individual a spreadsheet was setup to compare local estate agents - EO estate agents either were competitive or offered the best comparison. Led by Elle Osbourne the company delivered on every front. The communication was fantastic, receiving regular updates and being able to deal direct with the head of the company and avoid any 'gatekeepers' was a breath of fresh air. The overall service was outstanding, with Elle and her team regularly chasing my solicitors for updates, allowing me to not get stressed. The bespoke marketing campaign was brilliant with my property being placed on all notable platforms + social media + a video - all part of the package, no wonder competitive offers were received so quickly. GoogleAfter listing with a high street chain to limited success we found Elle quite by chance after viewing a property with someone in her network. They spoke very highly of her so we gave her a chance. Immediately we felt a real difference to the high street agency, she was running rings around them. Often twice (or more!) the weekly viewings and she was using all sorts of methods to get our property in front of qualified buyers that the traditional guys probably have never explored. All in all we are very happy we switched and would recommend Elle to anyone (and in fact we did, to our neighbors, and she sold that one too). What can I say, after a terrible experience with an online estate agency I met Emma by chance from EO estate agency. Within days of engaging with her she had buyers looking and within less than a month secured a buyer. Today completion has occurred and flat is sold. Emma and her team namely Poppy facilitated the sale amazingly. I would highly recommend them!

Unbelievable service from start to finish. Katherine is so professional and took all the stress out of listing and viewings and offers. Poppy then handled all the sales jargon and was so helpful and communicative and such a great link between us and our buyers. We accepted an offer in a matter of days, and Elle provided continual support during the conveyancing process. Very transparent - we had frank discussions about property value and pricing strategy, and achieved what we were looking for. I would highly recommend EO estate agents.
