GoogleElle was a real pleasure to work with and I'm so glad I went with her to sell my flat. She was incredibly professional, supportive and responsive throughout the whole process. I cannot recommend her enough!

Emma at EO is a cut above the usual estate agent experience in London. Finally, someone who actually wants to help you sell your property and is genuine sincere and human, while she does it. You'd think that wouldn't be too much to ask or expect, but after a long protracted period to sell, via COVID lockdowns and rough market periods plus 3 previous agents (none of whom I would work with again) Emma got the job done and with energy, enthusiasm and (importantly) my trust. It wasn't an easy or smooth course, but she held out and communication was spot on throughout. Then Poppy stepped in to guide the sale process through, also very complicated in the end but she approached it with the same tenacity as Emma and we finally got there in the end! SO very glad I discovered Emma and EO. Great to work with people who seem to really enjoy their jobs too. A totally different experience and would highly recommend them.

GoogleSold my shared ownership apartment within weeks of getting it on the open market. The real star of the party was Poppy, I'm not sure I could have got through this without her!! Word of advice, don't pay peanuts for a solicitor, take their recommendation on the solicitor to use!

GoogleI really can't rate EO, and specifically Jack, highly enough. The circus that is selling a leasehold flat in London wasn't easy and certainly not smooth at times but having Jack from EO put in such significant legwork through the whole process was so very helpful. Securing the buyer was just a small percentage of the hugh amount of work Jack put in. The chasing of third parties for us, the support, the advice, the constant updates on what was happening. He really went above and beyond. If all London agents acted with that level of care and attention we’d have an estate agency industry with a much better reputation than in currently has.

GoogleWhat a breath of fresh air compared to other high street estate agents. Elle, Poppy and the rest of the team at EO Estate Agents offered a boutique experience a cut above the rest. I felt looked after from start to finish. The team went above and beyond for me, during what I thought would be a stressful time to sell. I couldn’t recommend them more to anyone.

I’ve used EO Estate twice now - once to sell my late mother’s house and more recently, to sell my flat. Both times, I was absolutely delighted with the way in which the properties were marketed and the quality of the potential buyers that this attracted. I work in the property industry and can honestly say that both Elle and Emma are the best agents I’ve come across. Nothing is too much trouble, they are always available and work so, so hard for their clients. Poppy, who assists with progression, is first class and all in all, you won’t find a better team. I can’t thank EO Estates enough for all their hard work and help and I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending them to everyone I know.

From the buyer's perspective, I could not be happier with an estate agent. When my husband and I first met Emma, she immediately gained our trust. She was very knowledgeable, kind, patient and 100% committed to her job, and we genuinely felt that she listened and represented our interest as well. She was the perfect bridge between us and the vendors. She helped us overcome some complications and she was regularly in touch with us and flexible to our needs. I can honestly say she went the extra mile to make sure both parties are happy, investing a lot of time in making sure the flat is ready for us to move in (letting the plumber in, arranging for a cleaning company to come in etc.). I cannot state enough how brilliant she is. Also, I cannot fail to mention Poppy, who was also extremelly helpful, very professional and knowledgeable, speeding things up and making the process smoother. Overall, we are very pleased with EO Estate Agents and would definitely recommend them to family and friends.

GoogleThis was my quickest purchase ever (from offer to completion) and Elle from EO estate agents was unlike the main stream, mediocre agent who I had to beg for a piece of information or waiting on hold when trying to contact them to be drip fed with info on progress. Very interactive and responding within minutes, Elle also recommended me a very good conveyancer who I used for my transaction. I will be in touch with both again in the future :)

GoogleKatherine sold my house for me in late 2023. She came up with an excellent marketing plan that had it under offer in three days, and then worked hard to get the sale completed before Christmas. But most importantly she was always an absolute pleasure to deal with, understanding that the sale of a house can be a very personal and emotional experience and not just a transaction. I would wholeheartedly recommend her.

Emma at EO Estate Agents has been a pleasure to work with. She has been attentive throughout the whole process and incredibly responsive. She has shown exceptional knowledge of the property and was able to provide answers to all of our questions, some of which were often challenging. Emma has many times gone out of her way to help and facilitate the buying process as well as explain many things to us as first time buyers which has alleviated a lot of pressure. Emma has also been available to assist at short notice and beyond office hours which helped get the process through swiftly and avoiding unnecessary delays.We wish all buyers such a pleasant and professional experience as we have had with Emma.
