They were absolutely fantastic to deal with - very friendly and knowledgeable and helped to unblock various things with two sets of lawyers to ensure the purchase remained on track. We try to keep the offering process as fair for everyone. however often when there are more than one buyer on the same property offering similar amounts, it is difficult to prevent bids from coming in. We usually try to offer a best and final bid solution in an effort to prevent any upset, but again this doesn't always guarantee an end to the bidding.
