GoogleFrom our first meeting with EO (the brilliant Emma), we were hugely impressed with her straightforward approach to our valuation, polished communications and slick photography and overall onboarding process. We were delighted that EO secured us a strong offer after the first day of viewings. Emma handled the offer negotiation process (against another offer made via another major agency) skilfully and transparently. We greatly appreciated Emma’s hands-on, no-nonsense approach, which ultimately secured us an above-asking offer in a difficult market. Emma and Poppy were extremely responsive and kept fully on top of the sale process, driving it through to completion. Their level of client service is exceptional. We were very happy with EO’s services and have already instructed them again on another sale.

GoogleWe instructed EO having had our flat on the market with two agents previously. Elle was a breath of fresh air and we had an offer two days after putting it on the market. Elle was attentive, prompt and clear in all communication. Our sale ended up being slightly more protracted and complex than we had originally anticipated but EO helped smooth things over and get the sale over the line. We are very grateful to Elle and Poppy for the work they did in selling our flat and would strongly recommend them to anyone looking to sell their property.

Both Elle and Katherine made the daunting process of buying my first home, so easy and enjoyable and it’s a process that I truly couldn’t have navigated without them. Emma was an absolutely brilliant agent. Throughout the 6 month process of selling my flat and the various complications along the way, she supported me every step of the process. She was in touch with me very regularly by message and flexible to my needs due to having a busy job. There were several points where the sale could have fallen through but thanks to her adept communication and ability to handle situations calmly she was able to make sure this did not happen. She went above and beyond - even arranging to have someone let painters into the flat when I had Covid and was not at the property or contacting my father if I was out of the country. I would recommend using EO estate agents, although the commission is slightly more in comparison to a high street agent, you cannot compare the two as it is a bespoke service, and completely worth it! I will definitely use again in the future and recommend to friends and family.

GoogleI had a really excellent experience with EO Estate agents and would recommend them very highly! Elle is super kind and efficient - she would call and message to check in, would always be there to talk through things that came up and offer guidance. She recommended other specialists (conveyancer, surveyor, builder, damp experts) who were also great. She even gave me a box of goodies when I moved in and told me about good spots to check out in the local area. I'd definitely choose Elle again!

GoogleI would recommend EO Estate Agents whole heartedly to anyone looking to sell. We are new to the incredibly stressful, frustrating and tidious process but am so thankful we had Elle to guide us through it. They found us a buyer in one viewing along with 5 potentials and chased all parties involved throughout the process. GoogleEmma at EO Estates has been a pleasure to work with. She has been attentive throughout the whole process and incredibly responsive. She has shown exceptional knowledge of the property and was able to provide answers to all of our questions, some of which were often challenging. Emma has many times gone out of her way to help and facilitate the buying process as well as explain many things to us as first time buyers which has alleviated a lot of pressure. Emma has also been available to assist at short notice and beyond office hours which helped get the process through swiftly and avoiding unnecessary delays. We wish all buyers such a pleasant and professional experience as we have had with Emma.

GoogleWe bought our property from Katherine in the summer of 2021. We viewed multiple properties with Katherine before we found our home and from first contact, she made sure to understand exactly what we wanted and took the time to get to know us. This meant we didn’t waste time viewing properties that would never have worked for us, which had happened with some other agents we had spoken with. Once we found the property we wanted to make an offer on, Katherine was open, honest and transparent on all communications to us and really supported us through the stressful process of buying and selling through the pandemic. We trusted her completely and she ensured we didn’t miss any critical steps that could have slowed down or disrupted the sale. Katherine was very generous with her time and knowledge, arranging multiple viewings of the house during the buying process to allow us to plan for our new home and maintained contact post sale to ensure we settled in well. I would absolutely ask Katherine to sell our house for us if we ever choose to move - she made this big life decision feel much easier for us and always approached the more difficult elements of the process with both empathy and clarity.

As a first time buyer, the process of buying our first home initially seemed daunting but both Poppy and Katherine were always on hand to answer queries and give updates. GoogleHaving had a poor experience with a high street estate agent Elle at EO was recommended. Elle's personal attention and timely updates were a completely different experience. Her knowledge of the local market enabled sound valuation advice. Particular advantage points to mention were the management of viewings and vetting of offers to reduce time wasters. Overall Elle and her team are a delight to deal with. Thanks EO, we got there in the end.

She was also really good at keeping touch and was easily contactable and very responsive when we had any sort of query. Being a small business, Elle was the person doing all the viewings and was very knowledgeable about the flat and local area. GoogleWe'd had a difficult year with a well know high street agent, when the market started to get a little harder they just didn't want to put in the effort. This isn't the case with Elle @ EO, she made the effort to tailor and push the marketing of the flat though more that just simple Rightmoove/Zoopla adverts. While the path to completion wasn't always a smooth one (when is it ever?) having someone there who is taking a genuine interest in supporting you and the buyer has been so refreshing. Our story is a complex one of selling multiple flats, buying a house, of broken chains and failed sales, and many many agents involved. Elle and her team are professional, apply a range of marketing techniques, keeping us up to date the whole time and answering the abundance of questions we had! Elle was very informed about the local area and the specifics of our place, which gave us so much confidence. She got our sale and purchase through before the end of June which we’re so thankful for! She is the most proactive, knowledgeable, driven, and genuine agent I have ever met, & there was noone else I would've trusted with the sale of my late mother's house. She has complete integrity - which is rare & extremely reassuring during what could otherwise be a stressful process. We knew with certainty she was always acting in our best interests. Her efficiency & communication made everything seamless. Her bespoke service feels completely unique and forward-thinking & it's certainly not the experience you could ever hope to get from a 'high street' agent (spoken from experience) & certainly not an online one. Led by Elle Osbourne the company delivered on every front. The communication was fantastic, receiving regular updates and being able to deal direct with the head of the company and avoid any 'gatekeepers' was a breath of fresh air.
