Budrul gave some good advice on how I could make some minor updates to the house to get more rent. I pushed for a higher than average asking price and they found me suitable tenants.
I got quotes from a lot of brick and mortar estate agents in East Ham and found Easymove's fees to be competitive.
They took care of all the hasel and due diligence. All in all it was a smooth and stress free process.
