GoogleDisgusting service
Moved in summer only to find out this place had been severely infested with rats and the service refused to anything about it until reported to environmental health last month finally they agreed to get pest control in. I haven’t had a working oven since I moved in and was left in a disgusting state again they refused to do anything about it. Faulty boiler which is unable to be fixed and needs to be replaced but they have refused as it costs. There are holes in my floor were there is nothing put carpet supporting me absolutely no flooring underneath these holes and could fall straight into my basement. Now I currently haven’t had a working shower or washing machine in over a week and I’m getting ignored or told they will do something and when I chase it up I’ve been getting ignored. Not one person has contacted me back about this issues. Only response I’ve got from them is threatened with eviction as their reasons are “the issues are too costly and too much work”

These guys were very good when they started and I personal gave my property to Aftab.
But now they have street boys working with them who have no decency to reply emails in a professional manner.
Have given notice to vacate my property for over 6 months and these crooks ignoring me.
I have all my documents ready to complain to the relevant bodies and to the council.

GoogleI just read review of Sharbani Bhattacharya and it's reminded me my bad experience 3 years ago when exactly same they dealt with me, it was very paining. I left my deposit with them and never went back to see them because I did not have time to go and argue with them, they were just talking rubbish and tried to make irrelevant reasons to eat our deposit. Don't recommend to anyone.

Were sorry to hear of your bad experience regarding the return of your deposit. We value all our customers including tenants. The vast majority of our tenants have their deposit returned. On this occasion it is regrettable that wasn’t the case. All our deposits are held under current government guidelines. Deductions from a deposit are independently reviewed by a government approved deposit holder to ensure the deductions are consistent with a breach of the tenant’s obligations. It is as a result of this that we are confident any deductions made were done in earnest and not to defraud our outgoing tenants.
