GoogleHaving had bad experiences with estate agents in the past, I was relieved to find renting through Easymove to be a smooth and seamless process! They were professional and always quick to respond, and kept things clear with no loopholes. Budrul was especially helpful in showing me the property and helping me make an offer, and Haaris was great at getting my documentation all sorted. Thanks guys!

GoogleAs a Landlord using Easymove, I would say that they are heavily weighted to support Landlords rather then the Tenants that are in a property. I have been sent several emails from tenants complaining of issues within my property which Easymove have ignored or given incorrect advice back to the Tenants without letting me know about them. After seeing how they operate after using them for a couple of years I would NOT recommend them as they seem to run a unprofessional setup geared to make money for themselves and have no duty of care for those people renting through them. If you care about ensuring the people who rent your own property are treated fairly as possible then please stay away from Easymove.

GoogleOk looking at the reviews its either 1 star or 5 star. The 5 star reviews are for those who easy move have either sold a property for or have brought a property for. In other words the people have only seen the best side of easy move due to faking it to be their best friend so that they can sell or buy a property for them. In reality once they have the money dont expect a call back. Now as for the tenants renting .Please avoid these scammers . You will not get your deposit back no matter what. I rented a house from easy move and i had my mother living there. The house was spotless however when it came for the landlord to sell the property they used deceitful tactics to evict me. Without giving me back my deposit or any notice.
Were sorry to hear of your bad experience regarding the return of your deposit. We value all our customers including tenants. The vast majority of our tenants have their deposit returned. On this occasion it is regrettable that wasn’t the case. All our deposits are held under current government guidelines. Deductions from a deposit are independently reviewed by a government approved deposit holder to ensure the deductions are consistent with a breach of the tenant’s obligations. It is as a result of this that we are confident any deductions made were done in earnest and not to defraud our outgoing tenants.

I was given several different options with regards to the rental of my property and after weighing up the options I chose to proceed with their guaranteed rent scheme. I dealt with Aftab throughout who was very knowledgeable and helpful. Excellent service.

I went to rent a flat. The man offered me a price lower than what was asked for. We asked if the landlord can paint it. They guy working there said the man is now asking for 1400 and will not paint the flat. I told the agent the price you gave me was not that and myself he keeps increasing the amount. We saw another flat with the same company and we were interested and it was 1300 and the same guy said its gone for 1850, which he lied again. PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE, THEY ARE UNPROFESSIONAL.

They were unprofessional, disorganized, and showed a complete lack of transparency throughout the process. Instead of making things easier, they made the entire experience stressful and frustrating. GoogleThe best service i have recieved from any agency was at Easymove. I approached them and instructed them to sell my property. Mounir kept the ball rolling, kept me updated, answerd all my queries. To top it off he got me the best price on my house. I couldnt of asked for more! I definetly recommend Easymove without a doubt.
