GoogleDO NOT be deceived by the good reviews!
Mirjaan told me to pay a holding deposit to have my process for a property to rent be done asap, then completely disappeared. No updates, no answers, then according to other staff apparently went on holiday with no handover of my application. Had to call to chase for an update but was constantly left with an excuse. After 15 days I had to chase a refund and was ignored again. When I finally got through after having to call, no apology, no explanation, just asked for bank details.
Do yourself a favour and avoid these incompetent, unprofessional workers. Worst letting agents ever. Absolute joke.

GoogleIf I could give a minus review then I would have. The worst agents I have ever dealt with. They are so unprofessional and never keep to their word. They are a greedy business and have no care for their tenants. My elderly mother has been in their property for over 4 months and the same stating issues have not been dealt with. The property is below standards and they call every week to book it in but no one ever turns up. I know estate agents are bad but don’t think that they will stoop so low.
The property is invested with fleas and ticks, has loose cupboard doors, infested with mice, very filthy throughout, damp, draft, so much more. This property should have not been on the market.

We’re sorry to hear of your dissatisfaction. We take property standards and tenant concerns seriously.
Our records show that pest control treatment was arranged and carried out on two occasions in August, and confirmation was received in September that there were no further issues at that time, at which point the job was closed.
Since then, we have requested access to the property to allow further inspection and treatment where required. Unfortunately, access has not yet been provided.
We remain willing to assist and encourage contact with our management team so access can be arranged and the matter reviewed appropriately.

We were able to move very quickly too, going from viewing to under offer in less than 48 hours over a weekend. Mirjaan was patient and detailed in explaining all the steps to me to make sure I have the full picture.

Easymove are the only letting agents I trust with my properties. In my many years of renting properties I have never come accross a pro active and thurrough letting agent who are willing to take time out and advise of the best option to proceed with. Most horrific letting agents. They tried to break the law asking us to send rent payments before the contract was signed, and kept pushing back the moving date. When we moved in the flat was horrific (smelt of urine, had litter all over the place, mattresses were in an awful state). There was a live wire that the landlord made the us (the tenants) cut themselves and then leave open. Avoid Eazymove Estate Agents and renting from Allan Matthews at all costs

GoogleThese people at first were friendly. Throughout our time renting their property we kept the flat always looking good as new. There were no complaints from the estate agent who were managing the prperty on behalf of tge landlady.. When we left the property they took most of our deposit coming up with lies and excuses regarding damages to
the property. Which we were not informed until we left the premises. This estate agent are fraudsters and scammers. They are using tenant's deposit to carry out extra work in property instead of using the landlord's own money and are getting away with it. Don't know what other illegal dodgy things they are doing. Be careful!!!!!

Were sorry to hear of your bad experience regarding the return of your deposit. We value all our customers including tenants. The vast majority of our tenants have their deposit returned. On this occasion it is regrettable that wasn’t the case. All our deposits are held under current government guidelines. Deductions from a deposit are independently reviewed by a government approved deposit holder to ensure the deductions are consistent with a breach of the tenant’s obligations. It is as a result of this that we are confident any deductions made were done in earnest and not to defraud our outgoing tenants.
