Great overall experience

I've been renting my property for almost 5 years with EasyMove. They have been great in managing all aspects of my property from contract renewals to repairs. However, I have to say I would've probably not given 5 starts if it wasn't for Mounir's service at the end of our tenancy. Overall a good service from the agency but Mounir has been exceptional and made everything so much easier and hassle free. He was available whenever I had any questions and explained everything in depth.I can definitely recommend discussing with him if you are looking for a property, he will give you the best service and actually make a stressful process quite pleasing. Thanks Mounir!

11/10 - Definitely recommend! After having a very bad experience with another high street estate agent, we were recommended Easymove by a family member. From my first phone call with Aftab, we knew we were putting our rental property in the right hands - Aftab gave us constructive feedback after viewing our property and was straight to the point regarding pricing and marketing. Once our property was listed, Aftab booked a very good number of viewings the first weekend. Mounir kept us regularly updated by phone regarding viewings and feedback. In the end, our house was rented out quickly, to great tenants and at the price I initially discussed with Aftab. All in all, I was very impressed by the guys at Easymove and would definitely recommend them to landlords!

I have recently come on to the guaranteed rent scheme with Easy Move. I have nothing but praise for the work ethic and professionalism of all members of Easy Move however especially Tariq Ahmed and Majid Sabir as I have dealing with them specifically. I had problematic tenants from another agency and I was provided expert advice by Tariq Ahmed and Majid Sabir in removing these tenants as well as full support and guidance whilst going through the eviction process from submitting the court paper work to getting an eviction date. They did not stop there however, they also helped me to bring my property back up to standard for the guaranteed rent scheme and arranged for all works to be completed within a short space of time and then finally rented the property out. I can now enjoy my cuppa with one less worry on my mind as they will be looking after my property and ensuring everything goes smoothly during the course of our agreement!!! Excellent work and service guys, keep it up!!!

Having recently rented a property from Easymove I would like to thank Mounir, who supported me throughout the process. I was very anxious about whether I would be accepted to rent privately however, the team were really reassuring and gave me some sound advice, and thankfully I was accepted as a tenant 😊 The team were always contactable and friendly. They even provided me with information about the local area, which was really helpful! BRILLIANT SERVICE!!!!!!!!! We purchased a maisonette through EasyMove and found that Bodrul and Mounir were very helpful throughout. They always responded to emails and phone calls quickly and were prompt to get in touch with the seller to answer any queries we had with the property. It all was very straight forward and they we're not pushy at all - seemed like they truly just wanted you to be happy. Always worry that estate agents or housing providers try to oversell their properties but they were always honest, straight forward and factual which we really appreciated.

I have used Easy Move for a number of years now and have just instructed them for another rental property on their Guaranteed Rent scheme. I find this ideal for me as it takes the stress out of being a landlord. They deal with the tenants on my behalf and my rent has always been paid on time. They have been very professional and most importantly very honest. I would happily recommended Easy Move to friends and family. I have been so happy with the service I have also used them to sell my family home and have again not been disappointed with the service I received.

I would highly recommend Easymove and…

I would highly recommend Easymove and especially Aftab Shah to anyone wanting to sell their property. I was sent a introductory pre-call text as soon as I booked a valuation, followed by a pre-call to understand my circumstances moving forward, which I thought was very thoughtful and considerate. I was then visited by Aftab who was not only early but very helpful and friendly. As soon as my property came onto the market, Easymove seamlessly dealt with viewings, offers and all negotiations and achieved above asking price which I was extremely impressed with. My entire process lasted no more then 4 weeks and solicitors took over. The solicitors were also recommended by Easymove and they done a fantastic job. My experience of selling a property was amazing and I don’t think I would of felt this comfortable with any other high street agent. Easymove went above and beyond to assist me along my journey and that’s exactly what Aftab told me and he delivered.

We was selling out family home of 28 years so never really had any experience with the property market and we were very nervous but thanks to Raj Gill who took all our worries away. We really cant thank this gentleman enough and really can’t say enough good things about him. He is knowledgeable, approachable, personable, endlessly patient, and incredibly generous with his time (including mornings, evenings, and weekends over the course of several months). He answered every question and explained every form and every part of the process clearly and thoroughly. Selling a home in this market is challenging, but working with Raj made it as painless and straightforward as possible. We highly recommend him.

Absolute disgusting customer service by the maintenance department. I was locked out of house house, needed help to get back in to my property- was lied to about not having enough people being in the office as it was lunchtime to help me out ( when the phone was answered by different people each time I called) Initially I was told help will be provided after 30 min, which later turned to 1 hour. After the hour I was told to wait outside my property for another hour and that if I wasn’t able to go to the office dragging 3 minor children to collect the extra set of keys then I had to wait outside my house with them until 4pm to see if anyone in the office will be free to help- that help to was not guaranteed. Spoke to a Zhana William who claimed to be the manager-she showed on empathy towards my situation. She clearly needs training on how to speak and behave towards people seeking help.

I lived in a property managed by these folks till two weeks ago. Been renting in the past and this was the best experience Ive had so far. Guys were honest and straight forward. Sometimes it got quite frustrating as they insist to inspect every couple of months but then they would get work done fairly quickly so overall I was happy for them to come in and check the property regularly. Gave me my deposit back within a week by cheque with no hassle. Would definitely recommend them.

Awful service and unprofessional staff. They asked me to place an offer and deposit right after viewing. Yet when the landlord turned down our offer, it takes ages to send our money back. The staff have no training in customer service. They change the criteria all the time. They didn’t communicate with landlord as well which wasted my time to find the right property. Avoid at all cost.
