They’ve been incredibly professional from the very start - courteous, efficient and proactive - often going above and beyond what a London renter would normally expect from a lettings agency.

GoogleRuined my Saturday and wasted 3 hours of my life travelling to and from London. Received no email and no phone call to tell me the viewing had to be rescheduled and I had to call repeatedly to try and find out. It was only when I arrived in London did I get through to the agent "Matt" who was too lazy to give me a call and lied about sending me an email. Will never use these time wasters again.

GoogleVery efficient agency, kind employees who helped make the process of moving in very smooth. A lot of the process is done online so they are mostly paperless too. Moved into the flat to find a welcome pack full of toilet paper/kitchen roll/pop corn/biscuits/washing up liquid/vouchers for shopping. The inventory at the start of the tenancy is done by an external third party to ensure impartiality. All maintenance issues were dealt with within 2 weeks at most. Could not have asked for any better.
