Lazy, incompetent and transphobic

Lazy, incompetent and transphobic Didn't give us a tour of our flat, couldn't be bothered to cut our keys once we paid, purposefully prevented my partner from changing her pronouns on her tenancy agreement to help her legally transition. There are so many more examples, but i don't have the space to go into them here, and they've removed all of my reviews to date. Huw Howell-Pryce, Bianca Selman, and David Matthews are especially useless and will do anything to make your life harder
