GoogleLois Fort at Dutch and Dutch impressed me from the first phone call. We appreciated her honesty regarding valuation, expertise of the local market and speed to market. Other West End Lane agents came in slightly higher but the values were flattering and out of kilter with the market. Lois built trust and confidence from the start. Her after sale standards are exceptionally high. Supportive during the process right up to exchange. Communication between buyer and seller was effective and timely. GoogleI would highly recommend using Dutch & Dutch. As a tenant renting for the first time in London, I was happily surprised on how quick there service is. The flat I'm renting had a few issues with the bathroom ( ex. broken faucet / plugged shower) , Bianca in the management department, always responds within the hour and gets someone over to flat to fix the same day. This service helps immensely for someone who is new to London and doesn't have contacts to fix home issues. Thanks so much! Megan

GoogleI've been renting my flat for 9 years and since Dutch & Dutch took over as managing agents a couple of years ago I have never been happier. The team are proactive and fixed so many things in the building that have needed attention. They're extremely responsive to tenant feedback and issues and have treated every matter I've raised with attention and courtesy. They've been reasonable and flexible when the situation called for it and the communication has been outstanding. As a tenant I'm delighted and in the future should I ever need a property sold or managed - I'll be calling on Dutch & Dutch.
